David Gym 47 (Zürich)

David Gym exists since 1983 in Zurich Albisrieden. After moving twice, since 2013 new in the Albis area opposite the Utogrund stadium.
On 1 300 m2, in bright and high rooms, the fitness and strength area presents itself in proven David Gym quality with equipment from David, Cybex, Star Trac and Gym 80 and a free weight area with dumbbells up to 50 kg, as well as racks for bench press, squats, Smith Machine etc.. The endurance area is completely equipped with MATRIX, here you can find an upper body ergometer as well as stair climbers in addition to the conventional equipment such as bikes, cross trainers and treadmills.
In the group fitness area there are over 30 different classes ranging from health classes like fascia training, back exercises, Pilates, senior programs to the popular LES MILLS lessons like BODYPUMP, BODYBALANCE, CXWORX, BODYSTEP, BODYJAM, SH'BAM or LMTONE.
For the youngsters we have created a spacious children's paradise, with climbing tower, slide and many great toys, so that mommy and daddy can train in peace.
Our opening hours (Mon - Fri 6.00 - 22.00, Sat/Sun 8.00 - 17.00) also allow busy business people to find the necessary balance to their professional tension - an "early morning workout" or a short workout during the lunch break gives energy for the whole day and creates time for private things in the evening. Included in the subscription are mineral drinks or water from the beverage bar and with the subscription of David Gym 47, the location David Gym 48 can also be used, so that all members can benefit from the longer opening hours.
