If I have chosen the motto "Dare to live the life that suits you", it's first and foremost because I had the experience of living a professional life that fascinated me for ten years and then frustrated me afterwards. My temperament gave me the impetus to take the plunge and get out of my zone of habit to explore something else and not feed my frustration.

Of course, we can't neglect the reality principle (financial responsibilities, for example), but the brake may lie elsewhere. Fear, for example, when it acts as a brake. But fear can also become a driving force.

What about you, where do you stand in terms of job satisfaction or day-to-day satisfaction?

Coaching is an inner journey in which you meet yourself. You'll discover your resources as well as your obstacles.

If coaching is a journey, then as a mountain lover I see it as a hike. You decide what you want to achieve, you choose your itinerary, you go at your own pace, and I, your coach, stay by your side, helping you to define your destination, determine the route, planning stopovers here and there. Your pace is my pace, and my main role is to keep you on CAP (as a third party, I don't have to worry about what you want to achieve).

I start from the premise that every human being, including you, possesses a potential that is too often unexplored. As far as I'm concerned, you have in your backpack all the resources you need to reach your goal, even if you may not even know they exist. Sometimes, however, you're confronted with your own limitations. In this case, I'm here to take the time with you to explore and overcome them (stopovers), by exploring the contents (resources) of your backpack. My motto: "One step at a time...".
