CrossFit is based on constantly varying, high-intensity, functional movements. The goal is to increase and develop human performance. A fitness that prepares people for all conceivable physical challenges and tasks of everyday life. All fitness areas such as cardiovascular endurance, strength endurance, power, flexibility, performance, speed, balance, dexterity, coordination and movement accuracy are considered.

No two workouts are alike in terms of variation, intensity and load. Elements from gymnastics (e.g., squats, pull-ups, sit-ups, dips, lunges, handstands), Olympic weightlifting (e.g., deadlifts, reps, presses. snatches) and cardio (running, rowing, jumping rope) are used.

Each workout is led and conducted by an experienced coach. This way you can fully concentrate on the workout. He will also assist you with tips and tricks during the workouts.
