1. THE STUDIO TOUR: You want to take a look at our studio first without any obligation? No problem. We will show you the studio and the training equipment during a 10-minute tour. Then you have the opportunity to ask us all your important questions.

2. THE FREE CONSULTATION: You only need 30 minutes for the consultation. It takes place in everyday clothes and begins with a tour of the studio. We will then discuss your training goals and advise you on your training program. Afterwards, we will make another appointment for a free trial training.

3. THE FREE TRIAL TRAINING: If you haven't had a consultation yet, your trial training will begin by determining your training goals. Then it's off to the equipment for practice. Your fitness instructor will show you exactly how to set up and use the equipment. If you want you can of course also do an unsupervised free trial training.
