The Daytona "Fitness with Charm" is well laid out, with a family and personal atmosphere, a set up and very qualified team of instructors and trainers. Everything it takes in terms of infrastructure for a balanced and proper workout and much more is available, without the seemingly trendy and unimportant "promise a lot and nothing behind it" items.
We put a lot of emphasis on the right, health-conscious and versatile training. This therefore includes more than "just" strength or endurance training alone. Regeneration and personal lifestyle must also be included.

The Daytona "Fitness with charm" is a fitness center with 4 stars certification. This means that health insurance companies, which support fitness training as a prophylaxis, will pay a contribution to your fitness subscription. A number of requirements must be met in order to receive this certificate. This goes above all from the qualification of the personnel with guarantee of the optimal care, over an emergency management up to the optimal equipment of the infrastructure. Every two years we are recertified by the Swiss Certification.

The goals of each of us change with each stage of life. And no matter what the goal is, there is always at least one way to get there - and it is precisely this way to the goal of our members that is the goal of our care and advice.

The Daytona is also well-equipped for rebuilding after an injury or surgery. On the one hand, thanks to our "practice with charm" and the close cooperation with other therapists of various kinds, and on the other hand, thanks to trained Medical Fitness Instructors, who form the bridge between the physiotherapist and the "normal" fitness trainer.
