The K-Fit Fitness Center uses the fitness equipment of test winner Matrix.

Matrix is one of the most recognized brands in the fitness industry.

The equipment offers state-of-the-art functionality and makes training a real experience.

TRAINING

If you don't have any training experience yet or if you need support to bring your training to a new level, K-Fit offers you a competent personal trainer for only chf 49.-. Your wishes and goals will be discussed individually and a personal training plan will be created. You decide how often you want to be coached by your personal trainer.

Simply choose your personal trainer from your region via the K-Fit app at the available times.
To schedule a workout, you must be a K-Fit member or purchase a single admission.
Outside personal trainers are not allowed.

NUTRITION

The basis of our services is your individuality. Based on the Bodyscan data, an individual nutrition plan can be created to support you in achieving your goals.

Heart rate variability, stress level, body composition and metabolism: With the Bodyscan Self-Check you can find out how you feel. And exactly when you want it. The Bodyscan (mescan) is your portal to the new world of smart optimization of training, nutrition and regeneration.
