1. THE FREE CONSULTATION: You only need to schedule 30 minutes for the consultation. It takes place in everyday clothes and begins with a tour of the studio. If our offer appeals to you, we will make another appointment for your free trial training.

2. THE FREE TRIAL TRAINING: If you haven't had a consultation yet, your trial training session begins with establishing your training goals. Then it's off to the equipment for practice. Your fitness instructor will show you exactly how to set up and use the equipment. If you wish, you can of course also have an unsupervised free trial workout.

3. THE 10 TRIAL FITNESS DAYS: Try out our entire offer for 10 consecutive days for only 25 francs. We can't promise you that you will be top fit after these 10 days, but the 10 fitness days are certainly the best way for you to get to know our offer in detail.
